摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the efficiency of a system by supplying air exhausted from a cell to a burner as air for combustion. CONSTITUTION:A required volume of fuel gas is supplied to a reformer 4 with a control system 22 through a control valve 16, and air is also supplied to a cell 1 with the system 22 through a control valve 8 according to the load setting of the fuel cell. The oxygen concentration of combustion air supplied to a gas burner 5 through a supply pipe 10 is retained constant since it is bypassed with a branch pipe 9 from an air supply pipe 3. The oxygen concentration of the combustion air is varied by the concentration of the low oxygen concentration air supplied from the cell 1. The combustion gas is branched with a three-way control valve 12 to burn in the divided combustion part of the burner 5 according to the variation. Since the amount of hydrogen generation is varied according to the load of the cell 1, fuel gas supplied to the burner 5 is adjusted with a furnace temperature controller 21 through a control valve 17. Air, whose oxygen concentration is varied according to the load setting of the cell, and low concentration hydrogen gas are utilized by the burner to increase the efficiency of a system.
