PURPOSE:To prevent a time delay until the temperature of hot-water arrives at a set temperature as well as the generation of 'after boiling phenomenon', by a method wherein a hot-water supplier is equipped with a control circuit, closing a control valve by the detecting signal of a flow sensor upon closing a hot-water delivery plug and delaying the opening operation of the control valve by the flow sensor as well as the opening degree control operation of the control valve by a temperature sensor temporarily upon opening the hot-water delivery plug. CONSTITUTION:The output terminal of a temperature sensor is connected to the control valve 16 of a heat medium supplying pipe 11 via a control circuit 20 including a timer while the output terminal of a flow sensor 18 for a city water supplying pipe 12 is also connected to the control circuit 20. When the hot-water delivery plug 15 is opened, a flow sensor 18 detects the supply of water, a temperature sensor 17 detects a supplying hot-water temperature and the opening degree of the control valve 16 is changed so that the supplying hot-water temperature coincides with a set supplying hot-water temperature. On the other hand, when the delivery plug 15 is closed, the flow sensor 18 detects the stop of the supply and closes the control valve 16. As a result, the generation of 'after boiling phenomenon' may be avoided.
