PURPOSE:To improve safety in the titled device for a substance to be treated in a shielded can by providing a means for blocking advance of a traveling body except at a sealing position of a cover body and a means for blocking retract of the cover body except at a stopping position of the rear end of the traveling body. CONSTITUTION:When a cover body 3 opens a carrying in/out-opening 1a, and a carrying table 9 is placed on a first rail 7 outside a can body 1, a second lever 19 strikes a stopper 21, thus a circular motion of the first and second levers 17, 19 is restrained. Even if a traveling body 11 advances, the lever 19 strikes a dog 20 and the advance of the traveling body is blocked. On the other hand, when the substance to be treated is placed on the carrying table 9, a truck 5 is advanced, and the cover body 3 closes the carrying in/out-opening 1a, the lever 19 makes a circular motion to a position where it does not strike the dog 20. Thus, the traveling body 11 is capable of advancing. When the carrying table 9 is moved onto a rail 8, a lever 23 engages with a stopper 26, and thus the circular motion of the lever 23 is restrained. Thus, the safely can be improved.
