PURPOSE:To obtain a binder having various excellent performances by using a phosphazene compd. which has a specific repeating unit and has >=3 deg. of polymn. as an essential component. CONSTITUTION:The phosphazene compd. which has the repeating unit expressed by the formula and has >=3 deg. of polymn. is used as the essential component. In the formula, (p), (q) denote the real numbers satisfying p>0, q>0, and q+p=2; X denotes a polymn. curable group; Y denotes a polymn. curable group or non-polymn. curable group; X, Y may be the same or different. The binder which has the extremely large adhesive power to a base, excellent durability, wear resistance and solvent resistance and excellent dispersibility of the magnetic material component is thereby obtd.
