CONSTITUTION:The curled sheet S heated and pressurized and fixed with a toner image by a fixer is fed to a curl straightener 22, and it is held between a rigid roller 22c, coating a stainless roller 22a with Teflon 22b, and an elastic roller 22d, thus its curl is straightened. At this time, since the rigid roller 22c is coated with silicone oil over the whole surface by a pad 37 of an applicator 36, the sheet S is easily separated from the rigid roller 22c and discharged out by way of a discharge roller pair. Thus, such a possibility that the sheet is recurled is preventable by the sheet curl straightener.</p> |
