PURPOSE:To advantageously obtain a flavoring oral pharmaceutical free of unpleasant taste without suppressing absorption of a drug, by dropping fine droplets of a suspension containing a drug assuming the unpleasant taste, etc., onto a powdery bed of gastric soluble high polymer particles and forming films on the surfaces of the above-mentioned fine droplets. CONSTITUTION:A suspension or solution of water or hydrophilic solvent containing a drug assuming unpleasant taste or further a high polymer binder or a mixture thereof is formed into fine droplets and then dropped onto a powdery bed of particles of gastric soluble high polymer (polyvinyl acetal diethylaminoacetate alone or a mixture thereof with an additive) cooled to -10-+10 deg.C, preferably -5-+5 deg.C to form films of the gastric soluble high polymer on the surfaces of the above-mentioned droplets and reduce problems in residual solvents or labor safety in production using organic solvents. Thereby the aimed small-sized flavoring oral pharmaceutical free of the unpleasant taste of the above-mentioned drug without deteriorating bioavailability is safely obtained at a low cost.
