PURPOSE:To make the hue of an observation monitor TV and that of the TV in a monitor image pickup apparatus same without deteriorating image quality, by respectively indivisually adjusting the hue of an image signal system converting an image signal for a TV to output the same to a plurality of output terminals from the inside, the outside or both of them. CONSTITUTION:The image signal for a TV outputted from the post processing circuit 9 in an image signal processor 1 is displayed on an observation monitor TV 2 as an image through the first hue adjusting circuit 11 and, at this time, hue can be adjusted by operating the knobs 13a, 13b of the first operation panel 13 while the TV image signal outputted from the post processing circuit 9 is applied to a monitor image pickup apparatus or the external apparatus 3 of an image processor through the second hue adjusting circuit 12 and, at this time, hue can be adjusted by operating the knobs 14a, 14b of the second operation panel 4. That is, a user can freely and independently adjust the hues of the output means of two respective systems. Therefore, the observation monitor TV and the monitor TV in the monitor image pickup apparatus can be adjusted to the same hue without using a monitor TV of an NTSC system bringing about the deterioration of image quality.
