PRODUCTION OF REFLECTION FILM PRODUCT INCORPORATING FINE GLASS PARTICLE

PURPOSE:To obtain a product having profound appearance by burying fine glass particles into transparent adhesive paint and sticking this paint on the surface of a forming material of an article. CONSTITUTION:A film of mineral or alloy is vacuum-deposited on the surface of a forming material 3 to form a reflection base surface 4. Then a colored transparent thin-film color carrier 5 is applied on the reflection base surface 4 and baked. Thereafter adhesive paint 6 contg. nonvolatile substance is applied thereon and made to a semicured state. Then the formation stock 3 is introduced into fine glass particle 7 which are housed with large amounts in a vessel and pulled up and thereby fine glass particles 7 are uniformly stuck to the adhesive paint 6. Then it is introduced into a dryer and held at 10-120 deg.C to cure the adhesive paint 6. Furthermore nonvolatile curing paint 8 is brown so that the surfaces of the fine glass particles 7 are buried and thereafter heated and dried. Thereby uniformity of the surface is surely enabled.
