PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency and to reduce the level of defectiveness of a product, by pouring a viscous substance in cavities on the surface of a template by the abrasive contacting of rotative brushes and wiping out an excess viscous substance by a squeegee abrasively contacting on the surface of the template. CONSTITUTION:After a viscous substance 60 whose amt. is enough for filling a plurarity of cavities 21 is placed on the upper surface of a template 18, three rotative brushes 32 start to rotate at the same time, and a template supporting member 12 starts to move with a specific speed from the left and of a base plate 10 to the right direction. The viscous substance is filled in a plurarity of cavities 21 while it is being stirred up and kneaded by the brushes 46 of three rotative brushes 32. At the last returning movement of the template supporting member 12, a squeegee 30 scratches out an excess viscous substance 60 spreading on the upper surface surface of the template 18 from a protuberant part projected above the upper surface of the template 18, and the viscous substance 60 containing no bubbles is left in the cavities 21 and is therein let flow and filled without any space left.
