<p>PURPOSE:To make a screen easy to see in case of application of the title film to a transparent touch panel by contriving mitigation in reflecting properties while maintaining conductivity, by providing a multi-layer reflection preventive film having a transparent conductive film layer for its outermost layer on a transparent base. CONSTITUTION:The title film is constituted of a multi-layer reflective film where a first layer by counting from a base side toward outside is a first low refractive index film layer L1 (optical film thickness 0<=[L1]<=lambda/4, provided that the lambda is a central wave length 500-600nm) 2, a second layer is a high refractive index film layer H (optical film thickness lambda/8<=[H]<=lambda/4) 3, a third layer is a second low refractive index film layer L2 (optical film thickness 0<=[L2]<=lambda/4) 4 and a fourth layer (the outermost layer) is a transparent conductive film layer TC (optical film thickness 0<[TC]<=lambda/4) 5. As a metallic oxide, metallic fluoride and metallic sulfide constituting the above- mentioned reflection preventive film, silicon dioxide (SiO2), magnesium fluoride (MgF2) and zinc sulfide (ZnS) are mentioned respectively and they are used for the high refractive index film layer and low refractive index film layer according to the refractive indexes possessed by them respectively.</p> |
