COATED FILM HAVING CLEAR FILM OF FLUORORESIN

摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent repelient phenomena at a time for coating fluororesin by forming a clear film of fluororesin on a melamine alkyd-base or melamine acryl-base topcoat film added 1.0-5.0wt.% antioxidant. CONSTITUTION:A clear film 5 of fluororesin is coated on a melamine alkyd-base or melamine acryl-base topcoat film 4 added 1.0-5.0wt.% antioxidant. As an alternative method, the clear film of fluororesin is coated on the melamine alkyd-base or melamine acryl-base topcoat film added 1.0-5.0wt.% antioxidant and a silicon-base surface adjustor. By this method, repellent phenomena are not caused and coating operation of the clear film of fluororesin is improved and also adhesion is enhanced and the coated film which has good weather resistance and is used for a car body can be obtained.
