PURPOSE:To permit sepn. and measurement of respective masses of the solid component and liquid component of the fine particulate material in a dispersion system in real time by providing a fine particulate material capturing device having a low-temp. filter and high-temp. filter. CONSTITUTION:The fine particulate material capturing device 4 has the low- temp. filter 2a which can maintain the temp. lower than the b.p. of the liquid component and the high-temp. filter 2b which can maintain the temp. higher than the b.p. of the liquid component and lower than the ignition point of the solid component. A sample sucked at the same intensity from an outlet side of a capturing pipe is supplied at the same concn. and the same flow rate to the two filters 2a, 2b. Counters 6a, 6b read and output the oscillation frequencies of the low-temp. filter 2a and the high-temp. filter 2b when oscillated by an oscillator 5. The respective output values before the measurement and after the measurements are then computed in accordance with the respective oscillation frequencies of the low-temp. filter 2a and the high-temp. filter 2b in an arithmetic unit 7, by which the masses of the fine particulate materials captured and deposited by the filters 2a, 2b are thereby determined.
