PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive transmission conversion relay that secures a monitoring state without a break in fire alarm equipment and eliminates the need to ensure a new installation space for new equipment when the old equipment is replaced with the new equipment. SOLUTION: The transmission conversion relay has a final address detection means for detecting the final address of addresses assigned to terminals connected to a first fire receiver, a pattern table storage means storing a transmission pattern table associating the detected final address with a pattern of sub polling synchronous with main polling by which the first fire receiver polls the transmission conversion relay, a sub polling start timing detection means for detecting the start timing of sub polling for each group according to the transmission pattern table, and an information transmission means for transmitting predetermined information in response to address calls by the main polling.
