NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I (R is methyl or ethyl). EXAMPLE:O-Methyl S-tert-pentyl N-methylamidothiophosphate. USE:An insecticide, a nematocide and an acaricide. PREPARATION:An O-alkyl N-methylchlorophosphate (e.g. O-methyl N- methylchlorophosphate) sown by formula II is treated with tert-pentylmercaptan in a solvent such as THF or benzene in the presence of a base (e.g. sodium hydride) preferably at -30-30 deg.C while stirring for a short time.
