The metallic transcription paper preparation method consists of; first, gravure-printing the predetermined letters and/or patterns on the solid ground paper with synthetic resin, natural resin or ink; second, manufacturing the metallic powder by cutting the polyester- based film pref. vapor-deposited Al. and covering with thermoplastic resin; and third, scattering the metallic powder on the surface of the gravure-printed letters and/or patterns.
