PURPOSE:To obtain an anticancer agent containing phospholipid or diacylglycerol as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION:A phospholipid (e.g. phosphatidyl choline, phosphatidyl serine or phosphatidyl inositol) or diacylglycerol (e.g. dilinoleoylglycelol or 1-oleoyl-2- acetylglycerol) is incorporated as an active ingredient to provide the aimed anticancer agent. Liposome of the phospholipid is at first prepared by subjecting the phospholipid dried in a nitrogen gas stream to supersonic treatment in a phosphoric acid buffer containing no Ca<2+> and Mg<2+> in order to prepare the aimed agent. The preparation is sufficiently carried out at a treating temperature of 25 deg.C and treating time of about 60sec. The anticancer agent brings innovative progress to remedy for cancer of the lung which has been short of good treating method so far, but the agent is not limited to only cancer of the lung.
