PURPOSE:To make it possible to high-frequency-weld without employing a metal ring and consequently improve the workability by a method wherein high-frequency heating is performed after magnetic metal powder has been adhered in advance to the bonding surface of one synthetic resin member. CONSTITUTION:Before a cavity mold 1 and a core mold 2 are assembled to each other, metal powder is attracted onto an electromagnet 5 by energizing the electromagnet 5 of the core mold 2. After that, the cavity mold 1 and the core mold 2 are assembled to each other and molten synthetic resin is poured from an inlet 6 by conventional procedure and, after the completion of pouring, the electromagnet 5 is deenergized. By separating the cavity mold 1 from the core mold 2 after the hardening of the synthetic resin, a synthetic resin member 3, to the bonding surface 4 of which the metal powder 7 is adhered, is obtained. By inducing high-frequency electricity under the state that the synthetic resin member 3, to the bonding surface 4 of which the metal powder 7 is adhered, is placed opposite to a synthetic resin member 8, to the bonding surface of which no metal powder is adhered, heat is generated by acting the metal powder as magnetic poles so as to heat and melt only the bonding parts of the synthetic resin members 3 and 8. Consequently, both the members are fusion- welded thermally.
|
