PURPOSE:To replace a program for load besides an application program by storing the program for load into two places of address space and replacing the address space. CONSTITUTION:When a selecting signal SEL is turned off, a chip selecting signal CS is outputted to a terminal YO and a chip selecting signal CS2 is outputted to a terminal Y1 with a selector 1-4. By this reason, a program stored in a memory 1-1 is operated as a program for load, a new program for load can be loaded into a memory 1-2 and a new application program can be loaded into a memory 1-3. Next, when the signal SEL is turned on, the signal CS1 is outputted to the terminal Y1 and the signal CS2 is outputted to the terminal Y0 by the selector 1-4. By this reason, the program stored in the memory 1-2 is operated as the program for load, the new program for load can be loaded into the memory 1-1 and the new application program can be loaded into the memory 1-3.
