PURPOSE:To prevent a gate part and the like from being worn by glass fibers or the like mixed in molten resin by a structure wherein both an injection sleeve, which is connected to the injection part of a mold made of ceramic and provided horizontally, and a screw, which is insertedly and internally mounted in said sleeve, and made of ceramic. CONSTITUTION:After both the male and the female molds a1 and a2 of a mold A are closed, meltable resin M under unmolten state, which is fed in an injection sleeve B and mixed with reinforcing material 1 such as glass fibers or the like, is injected in a cavity (a) through the rotation and forward action of a screw C. The ceramic, of which inserts 102 and 202 of both the male and the female molds a1 and a2, an inner tube b1 of the injection sleeve B, a screw C and the like are made, is a solid solution having an alpha-Si3N4 structure, and is concretely a hot-pressed alpha-sialon base ceramic consisting of a dense composite structural phase obtained by sintering and interstitially forming solid solutions of 60 vol % of alpha-sialon granular crystal represented by MX(Si, Al)12 (O, N)16 (in which M demotes Mg, Ca, Y or the like) and with 40 vol% of beta-Si3N4 columnar crystal. |
