PURPOSE:To eliminate a complexly constituted shutter and a controller by using an optical branching/coupling device having optical wavelength dependency. CONSTITUTION:In an optical branching circuit block 11, an optical coupling device 12 to wavelengths lambda0 and lambda1, an optical branching device 13 to wavelengths l0 and l1, an optical coupling device 14 to wavelengths l0 and l2, an optical branching device 15 to wavelengths l0 and l2, an optical branching/coupling device 16 for optical division to wavelength l0 and l2 and for optical coupling to wavelengths l0 and l1 and an optical branching/coupling device 17 for optical division to wavelengths l0 and l1 and for optical coupling to wavelengths l0 and l2 are respectively provided, and mutual communications among A-C stations to respectively transmit the optical wavelengths of waves l0-l2 are executed. With a constitution to use this optical branching/coupling device having a plural wavelength dependency, a complexly constituted light shutter and the controller are eliminated and an optical branching circuit having satisfactory economy is obtained. |
