摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the isotope atoms which are likely to generate photo- reaction, remove impurity ions and the like and separate and recover efficiently products of high quality by providing a filter for de-excitation between a vapor formation device and a product recovery electrode. CONSTITUTION:A metal raw material 1 heated and evaporated by a vapor formation device 12 is turned into a vapor flow 5 and guided into a filter 13 for de-excitation while being diffused radially. Particles contained in the vapor flow 5 repeat multiple collisions with small-gage wires 14 of a net-shaped filter element 15, and during said repetition, the temperature of the vapor flow is alleviated and isotope atoms in a metastable level are de-excited and reduced to the basal level. Also, during the repetition of collisions, thermions and impurity positive ions are recombined and become electrically neutral particles. In said state, isotope atoms in the vapor flow 5 flowing out of the filter 13 are easily ionized leaving the specific isotopes only, and product separation and recovery efficiency is enhanced.
