PURPOSE:To strongly block the metal pile having high thermal conductivity and electric conductivity to a base metal by coating an adhesive on the base metal, tacking a metal pile thereon and melting it by heating by spraying a powder brazing filler metal thereon. CONSTITUTION:The adhesive 2 for blocking is coated on the base metal 1 to be blocked subjected to cleaning treatment and a high voltage is impressed on upper and lower plate electrodes 6, 7 from a high voltage generator 5 with equally spraying a metal pile 3 by opening a vibration screen 4 on this adhesive 2 to subject the metal pile 3 to electrical flocking and tacking to the base metal 1. A powder brazing filler metal 8 is sprayed on the tacked metal pile 3 and this brazing filler metal 8 is melted by heating in the heating furnace 9 of reducing atm. to deposit to the base metal 1 the metal pile 3 via the brazing filler metal 8. The metal pile 3 of defective deposition is then removed by a brushing machine 10. The metal pile 3 excellent in thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity can thus be strongly to the base metal 1.
