PURPOSE:To enable a door to be smoothly opened and closed with an interference of an upper part of a door main body to a roof part of a car body eliminated by making a door main body to move upward when the door main body is pulled in the lateral direction and a supporting arm is rotated to the open position in the surface tilted in the horizontal surface. CONSTITUTION:When a door main body 5 is pulled in the lateral direction of a car body 1 with the lock released, a main supporting arm 8 and a sub supporting arm 17 is rotated to the door opened position A, and the body 5 is made to be displaced to an oblique upper part. Then when the body 5 is pulled in the rear direction of the body 1, the body 5 is made to be slided in the rear direction via a main guide rail 13 guidingly supported by the arm 8 and the arm 17 guidingly supported by a sub guide rail 15, and thereby a boarding and alighting part 3 can be opened. In this case, the upper part of the body 5 does not interfere with a roof part 4 of the body 1 as the body 5 is displaced to the oblique upper part. And a fine shape can be improved as a guide rail is not required to be provided, which exposed at a central rear position of the boarding and alighting part when a door main body is closed.
