PURPOSE:To realize the same phase compensation characteristic independently of saturation/unsaturation of an amplifier by providing a saturation compensating section connected between an output of a phase compensation section and an input of the amplifier and a feedback section connected between the output of the amplifier and the output of the phase compensation section. CONSTITUTION:The saturation compensation section 4 is inserted between a connecting point of the phase compensation section 2 and the feedback section 3 and the input of the amplifier 1. In setting the characteristic 23 of the saturation compensation section 4 to be proportional below a frequency fS and to be in the differentiation characteristic over the frequency fS, the frequency characteristic of an output vi of the saturation compensation section 4 is made the same as the characteristic 21 at the unsaturation. As a result, the input of the amplifier 1 is the same as that at the unsaturation, and the phase compensation having the same characteristic is realized independently of the saturation/ unsaturation of the amplifier.
