PURPOSE:To easily accept the console instruction of an operator by inhibiting the log collection of fault data until a console driving operation is not produced for a fixed period of time. CONSTITUTION:When a fault occurs, the fault data is divided and a 1st log collection is carried out. Then the presence or absence of a console operating request is checked and then the presence or absence of another SVR function request is confirmed when the absence of said console operating request is confirmed. Then divided log collection is performed. When a console operating request confirmed, a console operation is carried out. Then another SVP function request if confirmed is carried out to wait for the console operating request for a fixed time. Then the log collection is carried out if no request is received. In such a way, the console operating request is processed with preference and no waiting state is produced.
