PURPOSE:To keep the quality of a kneaded material in a specified range, by constantly comparing each factor of a reference model and the factor obtained in actual kneading to distinguish normalcy from abnormalcy. CONSTITUTION:The kneading temp. T0 in each kneading, kneading time t0, electric energy P0 from a wattmeter provided to the driving source of the sealed kneader, watt-hour abnormal value SIGMAP1, watt-hour normal lower-limit value SIGMAP2, and watt-hour arrival value SIGMAP0 are read from the reference model, and preset to the control circuit of the sealed kneader. The set values and the actual measured values T, P and SIGMAP are constantly compared. The kneading time t is started from the time P0 when the electric energy P reaches a fixed value, kneading is finished when the kneading time T reaches the set value T0 most quickly, and abnormalcy is displayed when the electric energy SIGMAP reaches the abnormal value SIGMAP1 before the electric energy P reaches the fixed value Po. Kneading is finished when the watt-hour SIGMAP reaches the preset watt-hour arrival value SIGMAP0 after the watt-hour P reaches the fixed value P0. |
