ASSEMBLING METHOD FOR TIRE FURNISHED WITH TUBE AND WHEEL

PURPOSE:To facilitate phase adjustment by performing assembling after the relative angle of a minimum or maximum vertical oscillating point and a bulb hole with respect to the center of a rim and the relative angle of the maximum or minimum point of radial force fluctuations with respect to the center of a tire are conformed to each other. CONSTITUTION:A first point P1 is designated as the minimum vertical oscillating point and at the same time the relative angle of the first point P1 and a bulb hole 28 with reference to the center of a rim 22 is specified. Meanwhile radial force fluctuations are similarly measured so that the maximum point is obtained and the relative angle of this point and the bulb with respect to the center of a tire is specified. Then the bulb is arranged at the position of a bulb hole 28 following that a tire is fitted to the rim 22. It is thus possible to make phase adjustment with ease.
