摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a two- or four-spoked steering wheel excellent in product form and fatigue strength by a method wherein a boss part and spoke parts are formed by hooking a fiber to pins on some time and not by hooking the fiber to the pins on another time. CONSTITUTION:The winding patterns of a FRP steering wheel core consists of patterns A1, A2-C1, C2. In case of the pattern A1, a ring part is formed not by hooking a long resin-impregnated fiber to the pins 4 of a winding jib. On the other hand, in case of the pattern A2, the ring part is formed by hooking the long resin-impregnated fiber to the pins. Next, in case of the pattern B1 or C1, the ring part, two or four spoke parts and a boss part are formed not by hooking the long resin-impregnated fiber to the pins. On the other hand, in case of the pattern B2 or C2, the ring part, the two or four spoke parts and the boss part are formed by hooking the long resin-impregnated fiber to the pins. By employing the patterns A1, A2, B1 and B2 or the patterns A1, A2, C1 and C2 in such a manner that the respective winding patterns are performed alternately or dispersedly, fibers intertwine with one another as braided at branch parts, resulting in allowing to obtain an aimed-at FRP steering wheel core.
