PURPOSE:To surely prevent the illegal use of a card by carrying out an object processing such as drawing a cash only when reference data and ciphered data respectively coincide with sound pattern data and the ciphered data registered in a host computer. CONSTITUTION:In a terminal equipment 10, a sound input part 2, a voice converter 3 for converting a voice to the collating data, a ciphered data input part and a data comparison means for comparing input data with the data registered in the host computer are provided, and only when it is decided that the collating data and the ciphered data respectively inputted from the voice input part 2 and the ciphered data input part respectively coincide with the registered data transferred from the host computer 11 by the data comparison means, the object processing such as drawing the cash or the like is carried out. Thereby, the illegal use of the card can be surely prevented. |
