摘要 PURPOSE:To realize a high-accuracy photometry by providing an optical path dividing member which interrupts a part of luminous flux emitted from an objective to travel to an aperture mirror and guided light reflected by a mirror to a finder part in the optical path between the objective and aperture mirror. CONSTITUTION:Luminous flux from the object X to be measured passes through an aperture stop 70 and the openings 61, 61... of the optical path dividing member 60 and almost a half of the luminous flux is split into three pieces of luminous flux to form an image to be measured on the aperture mirror 50. Then, 70-90% of the luminous flux irradiating the aperture 51 among the luminous flux reaching the mirror 50 is incident on a light receiving part 30 and the remainder is reflected toward the objective 10. The luminous flux incident on the light receiving part 30 is converted by a relay lens 31 on a photoelectric transducer 33 and converted into an electric signal. The luminous flux reflected toward the objective 10, on the other hand, becomes three pieces of luminous flux inverted vertically and horizontally centering the center point O of the optical path dividing member 60, and they are reflected upward by the mirror surface part of the optical path dividing member 60 to be incident on a finder part 40, so that a person who takes a measurement can see the image of the object to be measured.
