PURPOSE:To attain ease of discovery by constituting the titled transmitter by a balloon, a mooring body and a pressure vessel sealed with a liquidified gas having a lower specific gravity than that of air and floating the titled transmitter in air and transmitting SOS signals continuously if the possessor meets with a disaster in a mountain or on sea. CONSTITUTION:A balloon 1, a mooring wire 3, a pressure vessel 4 or the like are contained in a case convenient in carrying. If the possessor meets with a disaster in a mountain or on sea, an injection needle 5 of the pressure vessel 4 is inserted to an injection port 2 of the balloon 1 and a valve 6 is opened, then the liquidified gas having a lower specific gravity than that of air is discharged into the balloon 1 automatically. After the expansion of the balloon 1 is finished, the injection needle 5 is drawn out, the gas is sealed automatically, the balloon 1 is moorned by the mooring wire 3 so as to be floated in air, several meters to several tens of meters high. The balloon 1 is devised such that it is colored to a color suitable for search, the balloon 1 is made of aluminum foil or the like into a polygon thereby reflecting the sun ray for ease of search, or the balloon 1 is constituted by aluminum foil 1 to reflect a radio wave for ease of radar search, or an SOS signal transmitter is fitted to the balloon 1 and the signal is to be received by a receiver.
