PURPOSE:To hold the function of an accumulator by providing a film which can be stretched and contracted between a drum and a group of pipes to form a closed space with the drum and the film and providing means to supply and discharge pressurized fluid into and from the closed space. CONSTITUTION:Between a drum 11 and a group 12 of pipes a cylindrical film 22 is provided which can be stretched and contracted to form a closed space 23 with the outer face of the film 22 and the inner face of the drum 11. Because in a stationary state no pressurized gas is supplied into the closed space 23, the film 22 is in contact with the inner face of the drum 11. The cooling water enters from a cooling water inlet port 17 and passes through the group 12 of pipes and flows out from a cooling water outlet port 18. High temperature oil enters the drum 11 from an oil inlet port 19, and exchanges heat with the cooling water and flows out from an oil outlet port 20. When a main pump is out of order, an aixiliary pump is started automatically and at the same time a pressurized gas flows into the closed space 23 to contract the film 22 so that the oil between the drum 11 and the group 12 of pipes is discharged out of the system to prevent the drop in the oil pressure. When the pressure of the auxiliary pump goes over a specified value, the pressurized gas in the closed space 23 is discharged and the closed space 23 returns to the stationary state. |
