COMPOSITION OF COHESION

A cohesive compsn. comprises (a) ultrafine inorganic particles, having max. particle dimension 0.5-3000 nm; (b) a size stabilizer combined with the ultrafine particles, comprising a lyophobic substance having lyophilic activity imparted to its surface; and (c) a flocculation modifier of a polyelectrolyte attached to the combination of size stabilizer and ultrafine particles. A plastic ink, paint or refractory material contains the cohesive compsn. The compsn. is useful as a colouring agent, esp. transparent colourant.
