PURPOSE:To make the titled device miniature and inexpensive by placing in parallel two pieces of upper and lower plate springs of trampolin operation, connecting and fixing them by a cylindrical coil bobbin, and forming a parallel moving structure. CONSTITUTION:Two pieces of plate springs 41, 42 of a both end supporting spring mechanism for executing a trampolin operation are provided, and also, a coil bobbin fitting part being the center part of these plate springs 41, 42 are connected by a coil bobbin 4c, the circular outside peripheral part of these plate springs 41, 42 is attached to a yoke 4e being a part of a magnetic generator and the parallel moving mechanism of a head 5 is constituted. As a coil 4d and the plate springs 41, 42 are formed as one body by the coil bobbin fitting part, the spring center and the magnetic center can be aligned easily, and the light and strong cylindrical coil bobbin 4c can be obtaind since the plate springs 41, 42 consist of a plate structure, a structure sensitive in coil axis direction and scarcely deformed in rotational direction can be easily obtained. Since the circular outside peripheral part is attached to the yoke 4e of the magnetic generator, the position relation of the fitting screw hole and the head 5 of the whole device can be aligned exactly.
