PURPOSE:To attain high adhesion of a layer of a hardened product comprising a mixture of liquid resin to a transparent substrate by using a liquid resin mixture hardenable by radiant rays and heat which comprises a mixture of liquid resin having terminal acryl group and/or methacryl group with an org. peroxide. CONSTITUTION:In a stage for injecting a liquid resin mixture hardenable by radiant rays and heat into a space between a copying die 2 and a transparent substrate 4, a mixture comprising liquid resin having terminal acryl and/or methacryl group and an org. peroxide is used as the liquid resin mixture. Suitable liquid resin includes (meth)acrylic ester of epoxy resin or of polyester resin, etc. The optical disc substrate having high adhesion of a hardened resin layer to a transparent substrate 4 generating no crease in a recording layer even at high temp., and keeping high SN ratio, is obtd. by polymerizing the liquid resin mixture by heating after hardening the liquid resin mixture using radiant rays. |
