PURPOSE:To always store the prescribed number of programs by integrating number of times of viewing, storing some program numbers with priority in the descending order and throwing away a program with less integrated value if the number of times of integration is changed. CONSTITUTION:In select a program number of an object character broadcast by a remote controller 30, the number of times of selection at each program number selected so far is integrated and counted by a picture processing MPU 9. The integrated value is stored in a program number data storage RAM 12. Moreover, the program corresponding to the allowable number of times preset in a program ROM 11 is stored to the program number data storage RAM 12 with priority sequentially in the order of the number with higher inte grated value simultaneously. If the number of times of the program data fetch exceeds the allowable number of times, the program number data with the least integrated value in the program number stored already in the program number data storage RAM 12 is thrown away and the program number data with much integrated value is stored.
