PURPOSE:To perform an energy saving by a method wherein water is mixed with fuel oil so as to be ignited. CONSTITUTION:When a power supply switch is turned ON, a blower 2 is rotated by a motor 5 to blow surrounding atmosphere from a wind tunnel 1 into an air cylinder 8, both an oil pump 4 and a water pump 7 are simultaneously and cooperatively rotated to absorb fuel oil in an oil tank and water in a water tank. As a first solenoid valve 26a is opened, the fuel oil is fed under a high pressure from an oil feeding pipe 27 to a nozzle 25, injected and atomized through an injection hole 14 of an orifice 15 and then is ignited with an ignition rod 32. Upon ignition, a second solenoid valve 26b for the water pump 7 is opened, the water pressurized by the water pump 7 is fed from the water feeding pie 29 to a nozzle 25. The fuel oil and the water are rapidly circulated through a circulation groove 16b of a poppet valve 19 and a circulation groove 16a at a head part of a throttle valve 17, relative molecules are efficiently connected and mixed to each other and the combustion is continued while the fuel is atomized and injected from an injection hole 14 of the orifice 15. In this case, a rate of fuel oil in respect to water is up to about 2:1 and an increased amount of water more than this value may cause a poor ignition to be performed.
