摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce number of components, to make the size small and to improve the reliability inexpensively by varying an installing angle of a reflecting means provided onto an optical path from an object to a linear photoelectric conversion means through the control and moving a linear photoelectric conversion means relatively in parallel with respect to the image of the object. CONSTITUTION:A luminous flux 1 diffused from an object passes through a lens 2 and is focused to form a two-dimension object image. In this case, the luminous flux 25 passing through the lens 2 is reflected in a mirror 20 before the image is formed. Then the luminous flux 26 after reflection forms part of the object image on a line CCD 3. The line CCD 3 is driven by a drive signal 11 outputted from a line CCD drive circuit 12, part of an object image is scanned and subject to photoelectric conversion and an electric signal 4 is outputted. An installing angle control section drive circuit 23 outputs a control signal 22 so as to turn an installing angle control section 21 by an angle corresponding to one line. Then a step motor 27 is driven to vary the installing angle of the mirror 20 to move the line CCD 3 relatively in parallel and the image is picked up.
