PURPOSE:To stabilize a position at the time of cylinder locking, by using an operate check valve, operating both upper and lower chambers of a movable cylinder where a piston is energized by spring force from both sides, with one operation, and interconnecting each cylinder neutral position inner wall to a reservoir. CONSTITUTION:If operate check valves 5a and 5b are opened, both upper and lower chambers A and B of a movable cylinder 3 are interconnected to each other, a piston 12 comes into a state of being freed, and a stabilizer (unillustrated herein) is freely turnable. And, when pilot operation to these operate check valves 5a and 5b is released, both these valves 5a and 5b come to check valves. Therefore, these upper and lower chambers A and B are separated whereby movement of a hydraulic fluid is checked, coming into a state of being locked. And, oil flows out via an oil passage L3 at a neutral position, while the piston 12 is reset to the neutral position by dint of the oil and springs 16a and 16b. With this constitution as aforesaid, a cylinder position at the time of locking is stabilizable. |
