PURPOSE:To use a circuit as the interface of speed variable terminal by making the same card have plural kinds of transmission rates. CONSTITUTION:Data from a user line is incorporated in the terminal interface part (CH1) of the user channel 1 or the terminal interface part (CH2) 6 of the user channel 2 through a selector 11 and the data is outputted to a transmission bus in timing which coincides with the address of the CH1 to be outputted to a line side via a line interface part 9 if it is set to move at the transmission rate of the CH1. The transmission rate of the CH15 is set separately from that of the CH26 and the select signals of the CH1 and the CH2 reach a selector 11 from the terminal interface control part 8 under the control of a system control part 10 so as to output the data at the transmission speed of either of the CHs.
