摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the balance of inertia force, to reduce torsional vibration, and to reduce the weight of a crankshaft by sequentially decreasing the mass of counterweights as they are positioned forward, and sequentially increasing the capacity of hollow portions formed on the corresponding crank pin portions. CONSTITUTION:A fly wheel is disposed in the rear of a crankshaft 1, a connecting rod is supported on one end of the first web 3a on the forward side, and the first pin portion 4a having the first hollow portion 6a is formed thereon. The first counterweight portion 5a is formed on the other end thereof. The second to fourth webs 3b-d the second to fourth counterweights 5b-d and the second to fourth hollow portions 6b-d are sequentially disposed in the rear of the first web 3a. In this arrangement, the webs 3 are gradually decreased in width and mass as they are positioned forward, and the hollow portions 6 are sequentially increased in the capacity. Accordingly the balance of inertia force can be improved, torsional vibration can be reduced and the weight can be reduced.
