PURPOSE:To shorten the executing time at the client side by executing the data base access request in terms of a replacement system at the server side among those data base access requests of the client side and asynchronously with the client side, and performing the processes in parallel with each other between the client and server sides. CONSTITUTION:A client side 1 requesting a data base access gives a request to a server side 2 for the synchronous processing and the asynchronous processing with the data base access given to a reference system and a replacement system respectively. When the synchronous processing is requested, the side 2 returns a reply to the side 1 after the end of the data base processing. While the side 2 returns a replay to the side 1 before the requested data base processing is through when the asynchronous processing is requested. Thus the side 1 can continue its processing in parallel with the side 2 with the data base access processing of the replacement system. As a result, the executing time is shortened at the side 1.
