The invention relates to a device for fastening a tapping bridge on a pipeline, which is composed of a yoke, which can be positioned on the pipeline in the transverse direction, and of a link chain which engages around the pipeline, is made of a plurality of links releasably connected to one another and the ends of which are fastened on the ends of the yoke, at least one of which can be braced with respect to the yoke via a screw-bolt or the like. In order to provide a fastening device of the abovementioned type, which is not only simple to produce, but can also be mounted and demounted relatively quickly, no additional components such as screw-bolts or the like being required, the invention proposes that the links (1) of the link chain are fitted, on their legs (2) running in the transverse direction of the link chain, with in each case one freely projecting bolt (3) which is approximately T-shaped, and the links exhibit, on their other legs (6) running in the transverse direction of the link chain, in each case one through-passage (7), the longitudinal webs (4) of the freely projecting, approximately T-shaped bolts (3) of the individual links (1) passing through the through-passages (7) of the other legs (6) of neighbouring links (1), and the transverse webs (5) thereof engaging behind those regions of the other legs (6) which delimit the through-passages (Figure 3). <IMAGE>
