PURPOSE:To permit stable detection of track signals by forming a track grove part to a matte state so that the reflectivity of the track groove part is made lower than the reflectivity in a recording part with respect to the incident light from a transparent base material side. CONSTITUTION:A polycarbonate plate contg. a UV absorbent is placed on a heated stamper mold 9 and is superposed on a mirror mold which is polished to a specular surface, then the molds are pressurized and are hot pressed for, for example, 10min; thereafter, the molds are cooled and the polycarbonate plate transferred with the mold is taken out. A transparent substrate 1 having the matted track groove part 2 is thus obtd. A dichloroethane soln. of the dye expressed by formula I is spin-coated on such polycarbonate plate to form a recording layer 4. The optical recording layer 4 is then superposed by using a thermoplastic adhesive agent on the polycarbonate coated black as a card base material and is press-welded and stuck thereby by a hot roll. An epoxy acrylate hard coating agent is thereafter coated on the surface of the transparent substrate and is cured by UV rays, by which the optical card is formed. |
