PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device, reducing the capacity of a motor constituting a pump required for flowing a hydraulic fluid and adjusting the car height. SOLUTION: This suspension device is constructed by connecting an axle member 1 rotatably supporting a wheel W to a car body through a shock absorber 2 and a spring 3. A first liquid chamber 4 is interposed serially with the spring 3 between the axle member 2 and the car body S, and a second liquid chamber 7 is communicated with the first liquid chamber 4 through a passage 5, and forms part of an accumulator 6.
