PURPOSE:To ensure the highly efficient working of the titled control system by detecting the element temperature and applying correction to the reference voltage for control so that a solar battery works at its maximum power output point. CONSTITUTION:A temperature sensor 10 for solar battery element is set approximate to a solar battery element 1 and the output signal is supplied to a voltage-correction value exchanging circuit 11. The output signal received from the circuit 11 is compared with the control reference signal received from a DC voltage setting means 12 and then with the output signal of a DC voltage detecting circuit 8. The difference voltage signal obtained through said comparison is supplied to a DC voltage control circuit 13. Then, a gate pulse generating circuit 14 produces a gate pulse to the switching element of a PWM inverter 4 by the output signal of the circuit 13. Thus, the correction signal (e) received from the circuit 11 is subtracted from the reference value for control of the inverter 4 for reduction of the inverter control reference voltage value. This reference voltage level is increased as the temperature drops for correction. As a result, the solar battery is always operated at its maximum power output point regardless of the temperature change of the element 1.
