PURPOSE:To cause arbitrarily the accident warning time of the fixed time accident warning to be variable by providing a timer circuit which can adjust a timer time and controlling the propriety of the oscillation of an oscillating circuit with the output of the timer circuit. CONSTITUTION:Since a charging current to a capacitor 10 is made variable when a variable resistance 11 in a timer circuit 8 is made variable, the time up to when the output of a comparator 12 is changed to H level accompanying this, namely, the time-out time of the timer circuit 8 is changed. Consequently, when an emergency informing equipment is provided and the variable resistance 11 of the timer circuit 8 is adjusted, the time point when the emergency informing equipment starts a fixed time accident warning action can be made easily variable by the timer circuit 8. Thus, at the time of installation then emergency informing device, the setting of the timer circuit 8 is made variable related to the installation time and the setting can be easily set so that the fixed time accident warning time of respective emergency informing equipments cannot be concentrated to the supervisory center.
