PURPOSE:To improve the working rate of a molding machine and to improve the productivity thereof by constituting the machine in such a manner that plural discrete molding units are freely mounted detachably to both upper and lower turn tables of the molding machine body regardless of the adjacent discrete molding units. CONSTITUTION:The plural discrete molding units are constituted by mounting rough molds 31 for receiving the lumps of the seeds of fused glass, press devices for molding products in process by pressing the lumps in the molds 31 by press heads 27 lowered from above the molds 31, neck ring devices for rotating the products in process, finishing molds 37, 37, bottom molds, compressed air blowers 76 and valve blocks having actuator valves for actuating cylinders 42 to actuate the respective devices mentioned above to a main frames 20, respectively. Connection ports for introducing working fluid mating with working fluid supply ports of the upper turntable 12 are formed to the surfaces of the respective units 13 for mounting said units to the upper turn table 12. The main frames 20 of the plural units 13 are freely mounted detachably at specified intervals to the upper part of the molding machine body and the outside circumferential part of the upper and lower turn tables 12, 5 regardless of the adjacent units 13. |
