PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain bright pattern, which has high wear resistance and good weatherability and at the same time cubic effect and consequently contrive to enhance the commercial value by a method wherein a transparent resin film, on the back surface of which a bright-treated marking hot stamping is applied, is insert-molded as it is adhered to a mold. CONSTITUTION:An insert film 1 consists of a transparent resin film 3, on the back surface of which a marking hot stamping 2 is applied. The marking hot stamping 2 is applied on a part of the transparent resin film 3 and produced by bright-treating (metallizing) aluminum material or chromium material. The transparent resin film 3 is directly adhered to a cavity (a), while the marking hot stamping 2 is opposed to a core (b). Injection molding is done under the state as just mentioned above. By removing a mold S after the molding operation, the insert film 1 is separated from the cavity (a) and inserted in the surface of a finished molded item. |
