The subject of the present invention is a sealing device for a dormer window. According to the invention, this device comprises a first element 1 which is intended to be laid on the roof, a second element 2 which is mounted so as to pivot in relation to the first element and can thus be arranged vertically when this first element 1 is placed on the roof, and a third element 3 whose length is substantially equal to the width of the dormer window and which has cheeks 12 folded inwards at 90 DEG so as to be able to surround the dormer window 13-15 and be fixed to the lower part of the latter. <IMAGE>
